1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.
Processing time is separate from the shipping transit times listed below.
Total delivery time = Processing Time (1–2 days) + Shipping Transit Time.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
All delivery windows listed below are transit times provided by the carrier. Actual delivery time = processing time + transit time.

Transit times begin once your order has completed processing and is handed to the carrier.
3. Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Lost packages resulting from incorrectly entered addresses
If you need an address correction, please contact us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Miaora Co is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package appears missing:

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
