Thank you for shopping with Miaora Co. We want you to love your jewelry, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.

This Refund & Returns Policy explains what qualifies for a return, how to submit a request, and what to expect throughout the process.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on U.S. orders within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition

  • Free from scratches, wear, or damage

  • Returned with all original packaging (box, pouch, tags)

 

If you no longer have the original packaging

You may still return the item if it is:

  • Wrapped securely in soft tissue or cloth

  • Placed inside a padded shipping box to prevent damage

Items damaged due to improper packaging may not qualify for a refund.

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing wear, damage, alteration, or misuse

  • Individual components of sets (sets must be returned in full)

  • Items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging

 


2. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item:

  1. Return your original purchase for a refund

  2. Place a new order for the item you want

 


3. U.S. Returns

  • U.S. customers receive a prepaid return label once the return request is approved

  • Return requests must be approved before sending items back

  • Unapproved returns cannot be accepted

 


4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Log into your Miaora Co account

  2. Select View My Orders

  3. Choose the order you wish to return

  4. Click Request Return

A customer service representative will respond within 48 hours with next steps.

 


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

We will evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

 


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether it has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days

  • Your bank or provider may require additional time to post the refund

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

 

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

 


7. Lost or Missing Returns

Miaora Co is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged when:

  • The return label was not provided by us

  • The item was not securely packaged

 


8. Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded.
