All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 12 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.

Processing time is separate from the shipping transit times listed below.

Total delivery time = Processing Time (1–2 days) + Shipping Transit Time.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

All delivery windows listed below are transit times provided by the carrier. Actual delivery time = processing time + transit time.

Transit times begin once your order has completed processing and is handed to the carrier.

3. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Lost packages resulting from incorrectly entered addresses

If you need an address correction, please contact us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Miaora Co is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your package appears missing:

Contact the carrier directly to file a claim
Reach out to us and we will assist where possible

The Material Distinction

Gold vermeil is the union of two precious metals: solid gold over sterling silver. Unlike standard plated jewelry that relies on brass or bronze beneath the surface, every Miaora piece is built on genuine sterling silver. This means better weight, hypoallergenic wear, and a quality that holds. The gold layer we apply is exceptionally thick, far beyond traditional plating, ensuring durability that lasts.

Care & Preservation

Gold vermeil is resilient, but mindful care preserves its beauty for years. Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, or applying lotions and perfumes. Prolonged exposure to water and chemicals can interact with the metals over time. When you're not wearing your pieces, store them in a cool, dry place, ideally in individual pouches or compartments to prevent scratching. Over time, sterling silver naturally tarnishes, but this is easily remedied. Gently polish with a soft, non-abrasive cloth to restore the original brilliance without compromising the gold layer. With proper care, your Miaora jewelry will maintain its editorial glow through countless wears.
